UPC Slovakia dissolved, O2 advances integration

UPC Slovakia ceased to exist as a separate entity from 01 November, following its takeover by and legal merger with O2 Slovakia. In connection with this, Jaroslav Kolar, who has overseen communications for UPC for more than two decades, stepped down from his role as spokesperson, Zive.sk reported. O2 took over UPC's communications.
